Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, wrong color selections, or incorrect sizes ordered. Each item is custom-made specifically for you, and we are unable to reuse or resell returned items.

  2. Refunds for Damaged Products: We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly offer a refund. However, to be eligible for a refund, the damaged product must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, and in its original packaging.

  3. Initiating a Refund: If you believe you have received a damaged product and wish to initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team immediately. They will guide you through the process and provide assistance with your return.
