All products are made-to-order and typically take 2–7 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and free shipping may apply during promotions. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order. Note that international orders may incur customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, wrong color/size selections, or promotional items. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
