Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, wrong color/size selections, or promotional items. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
