Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and free shipping may apply during promotions. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order. Note that international orders may incur customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of the products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong color/size selections, etc.. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
